IMKDR's supply centre for the LovelinksOnline websites is based in Sydney, Australia. All parcels, whether domestic or international, are originally dispatched through Australia Post in Sydney.

Delivery in Australia Orders under the value of AUD$100.00 can be shipped as standard postage at no charge, or sent by express post (for an additional charge). Orders of AUD$100.00 or more will be sent by 'registered' post at no charge, or sent by express post (for an addional charge). The optional, additional charges for express post are clearly stated in the Checkout process. Any item sent by 'standard' postage, for no charge, is not insured. Any item sent at no charge by 'registered' postage, or any item for which a postage charge is applied, is insured.

Delivery in New Zealand or Hong Kong All orders are shipped as 'standard' airmail or 'registered' airmail from our Sydney supply centre. Although the orders are sent from Australia, the standard airmail charges reflect normal postage and handling charges as if the item were posted locally in New Zealand or Hong Kong (because we operate websites there). Orders sent by standard airmail are not insured. The customer may elect to pay an additional amount for 'registered' airmail in the Checkout process, whereby the items are insured, and will also require a signature on delivery.

We take great care in packaging your purchased items. They are each individually boxed or bagged, wrapped in bubble-wrap, then inserted into a padded enveloped ready for dispatch. For those items sent by 'Registered Mail', 'Registered Airmail' or 'Express Post', there is a unique identification number attached to each parcel, and once the item is dispatched, we will send you the unique identification number by email so you can track the status of the delivery through the Australia Post website.

Registered Mail in Australia also provides for a signature on delivery – meaning that should you not be available when Australia Post attempts delivery, you can arrange for re-delivery at a time more convenient to you or call into the nearest Australia Post outlet and pick it up in person.

Express Post is an overnight service for most domestic Australian items (2 days for Western Australia, Northern Queensland and some remoter regional areas). For Australian domestic Express Post items, this means next day delivery to most destinations from the date of dispatch, not necessarily overnight from the date your order was placed on LovelinksOnline. Any item sent by Express Post will not require a signature on delivery: items requiring a signature must be sent by Registered Mail. All orders marked for Express Post are charged an additional amount at the time the order is placed as part of the Checkout process.

Expected Delivery Times in Australia are stated by Australia Post as 2-5 working days for delivery of Registered Mail items to anywhere in Australia from the date the item was posted, but experience tells us that in various regions and more remote areas it is closer to 5-6, even up to 8 working days before the item is delivered. Express Post is usually delivered within the next working day to most destinations, if not, the following day after that.

Expected Delivery Times for New Zealand Australia Post state between 3-4 working days is the normal time for these items, depending on the destination. These times are the same for standard or registered airmail. LovelinksOnline does not offer an express service to New Zealand.

Expected Delivery Times for Hong Kong Australia Post state between 3-4 working days is the normal time for these items. These times are the same for standard airmail or registered airmail. LovelinksOnline does not offer an express service to Hong Kong.

Expected Delivery Times for International are varied, but Australia Post state between 4-8 working days is the normal time for these items, depending on the destination. Express Post to international destinations is not offered by LovelinksOnline.

Tracking IDs are provided for our customers to view the delivery status of items through the Australia Post website. For Australian Registered Mail domestic deliveries, customers should note that Australia Post does not register the Tracking ID on their website until the item has been delivered to the nearest delivery centre to the recipient. In North and Central Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia and more remote regions in the other states, this may take up to 5-6 working days before Australia Post register the Tracking ID. Please be aware of this before contacting us regarding possible lost items.

We insure all our postage articles for the value of the items purchased when sent by registered mail or express post. This gives our customers absolute peace of mind when ordering items to be delivered through our website. If the article is lost or damaged, an insurance claim can be made by us on Australia Post and your items re-shipped at no additional cost to you.

There is no insurance on items sent by standard postage or by standard airmail. In the event an item dispatched by standard postage or standard airmail is lost, we will make every effort to follow-up on these items if reported to us as undelivered, but we will not re-ship lost orders under normal conditions. If customers wish their items to be insured, they must select the registered or express options at the relevant point in the Checkout process.

If your country is not on the list and you wish to purchase from our site, please email us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you decide to do this, please have chosen your items in a cart and include the cart's contents in the email so as to assist us in determining the actual cost of postage.
